Do you want to make a difference and be more than "just a consultant"?
At RLG Defense we go beyond traditional consulting, by coaching face to face, with individuals and teams, in companies committed to "connecting the front line to the bottom line." Our work as Performance Coaches enables client employees at all levels to become involved and find their voice in the corporate challenge.
RLG Project Managers coach for success. We use specific processes to implement significant behavioral changes that affect performance. The qualifications for a Project Manager include a Masters degree in business or a related field, 5 -10 years full -time work experience, proven success working with people from shop floor to senior management, and proven leadership experience. Also, previous experience in consulting, project management, engineering, facilitation or coaching would be an asset. Unlike other consultants, we and our families relocate to most project sites for the duration of the assignments, usually ranging in length from 18 to 24 months. This commitment allows us to focus exclusively on the client company, integrate with the employees, and work with them to achieve long-term sustainable change. The key to the RLG process of winning is a strong desire to make a significant difference with and through people.
Immediate opportunities currently exist in the US. We require a number of new Project Managers to work on our clients’ sites. Please submit your resume, quoting file #10/2009-M, via e-mail to vitae@rlgdefense.com: Interested candidates should include a short note on why they believe that "Performance Coaching" can be successful in the US and internationally and why they would be successful in this role.
