New Company Registration Step 1

The Administrative Hiring Manager is the person in your company with the ultimate responsibility for your Aeroindustryjobs account. The individual who will maintain ultimate responsibility for the company’s Aeroindustryjobs account should fill out the information on this page.

 The Administrative Hiring Manager can invite other people to set up an account under their account. These other people are called “Hiring Managers”, and once invited by the Administrative Hiring Manager, they have the ability to set up an account on the Aeroindustryjobs system with a secure login that allows them to post and manage the jobs they are tasked with filling. Only the Administrative Hiring Manager has the ability to:

• Manage Company Branding (this is where you set up a profile for your company)
• Manage Hiring Managers (this is where you set up new Hiring Managers or manage current Hiring Managers you set up previously)
• Manage Services and Options (this is where you chose the Aeroindustryjobs services you want for your company)
• View Statistics (this is where you view the statistics relative to your company’s activity)

 The Administrative Hiring Manager, as well as any Hiring Manager set up under the Administrative Hiring Manager, has the ability to:

• Manage their jobs (post, edit, remove job postings)
• Set up and edit their profile (this information includes their contact information and other information relative to how Aeroindustryjobs will handle applicants for their jobs)
• View their Company Profile (the Administrative Hiring Manager, as well as any Hiring Manager set up under them can view the Profile for their company. This profile is what job seekers view on the Aeroindustryjobs website when viewing your Company Profile page. Only the Administrative Hiring Manager can alter this content, and does so from the Manage Company Branding link discussed in the previous paragraph)
• Change Password (this is used to change the user’s login password)
• Change Email Address (this is used to change the user’s login email address)
