Each Agency Client can choose from a variety of applicant resume delivery options depending on their preferred method for receiving resumes (email with resume attached, email with resume as plain text in body, email with link to client's Aeroindustryjobs account where they can download resume, or link from job posting to client website where they can apply and submit the resume through the client's system).
Each Agency Client can track applicants through their Aeroindustryjobs Account. Applicant Tracking stores each applicant resume for each job posted, and includes information on when each candidate applied for the job.
