Aeroindustryjobs, your Organization will receive

conference exhibitors and we will help you grow your
membership. These are some
benefits our Alliance partners receive at no cost to the organization or membership:

Virtual Career Fair (VCF)
hosting. A VCF is an online career fair, hosted in
association with your organization's trade shows and
exhibitions. We host up to 3 VCF's annually for our
partners, the event is online typically for 2 weeks
with an additional pre-registration week. The VCF
service offers benefits to your membership and
exhibitors. Exhibitors are invited to post jobs free
of charge to the event, and Aeroindustryjobs can
prepare promotional material for you to share with
your exhibitors in high-quality print electronic
format. This can help you sell exhibit space, as an
added value to exhibitors. We coordinate promotion
of the VCF with our partners in advance, to ensure
both your
membership and our membership are well aware of the
event. We
promote every VCF we host for 4 consecutive issues
of the Aeroindustryjobs Newsletter leading up to
the event in addition to promotion on our Career
Events webpage. As a member service this can be used
to help retain membership, and our promotion of the
events will help build your membership.

internet career services for our Alliance partners.
We allow our partners access to our job search
engine through their website. The Aeroindustryjobs
website hosts the largest number and variety of
industry jobs, and your organization can use this
service as a strong member benefit to help both
retain and grow membership. Some of our Alliance
partners operate a "Jobs" page on their website, and
we can offer supplemental career services or no
career services depending on what your organization
wishes to do.
